Instagram Vs Facebbok

People
enjoy using Instagram because it is straight forward. You look at a picture and
it tells you right away what’s going on. There isn’t much reading to do, which is great
because no one really wants to read. When there is reading involved in Facebook
everyone basically just skips it. Facebook has been outdated. Since Facebook has
been around for a while it has started to become old, so when people discovered
Instagram is more visually appealing by pictures of people’s selfies, foods
from all over the world, unique pictures, people having fun, achievements and
all kinds of random pictures that would catch other people’s attention. Also,
Instagram is much easier to use than Facebook. There aren’t much words popping
out on your screen while using Instagram. All you just have to do is keep on moving
down picture by picture and either liking or commenting on your followers’
picture. Facebook just has too much
words popping out on your face that you don’t even need to read.
Instagram
has all the updated information that you need if you want to find a great place
to go. All you need to do is just hashtag it, which is a number sign followed
by a word that gives you pictures related to that word. You will find all sort of
different kinds of pictures and the location of where it is and all this can be
done with just hashtaging words. Also, within the hashtags you search, you can
also easily find other hashtags related to that hashtag. Unlike Facebook, that doesn’t
allow the person to find sources like Instagram does. Facebook just allows you to
hashtag it and look through the pictures you hastag, but it doesn’t give you
much information for it, such as the name or the location of it. People enjoy using this feature on Instagram
because in a way it’s almost like Google, that shows you pictures and the
location of the place.
Since
Instagram is based on pictures, this is excellent for businesses that are
trying to expand, get the word out about their business, and let people see
what they are able to do. They are able to make a profile page of their
business and add followers on Instagram. This will show a little taste of their
company and make a great expansion of their company. People that have been to
their company or that probably have bought something from their business may
also use it to hashtag the place and bring more people to that business. Facebook,
on the other hand, wouldn’t really work because Instagram was design for
pictures. Facebook was design to post status because mostly everything is
written so the person would have to read about the company and give you
details. Instagram is straight forward to the main idea.
Most
people believe that Instagram’s privacy setting is way better than Facebook.
Some people say that even though you don’t have a person as a friend on Facebook
they are also able to still see your private pictures like your profile
pictures, cover pictures, and tag pictures which people don’t like because it doesn’t
feel like their account is as private as they thought or would want it to be. Instagram is the best in having your profile
on private. When people are looking you
up or trying to add you, all they can see is your profile picture. This is true
for the people that have their account on private. People like this because
they feel their account is private.
In conclusion, social media is used to communicate with people from other countries or states. Using Instagram is straight forward and easy to use. People like using Instagram because they enjoy looking at pictures because they say so much, just like the phrase says “a picture is worth a thousand words.” Unlike Facebook it’s the opposite you have to read it to understand it. Instagram is also a great source to find great places to go just by hashtaging a word and it will give you many pictures for that word and the location of the place you would like to visit. Not like Facebook it doesn’t give the person so much detail of the hashtag you typed in on Facebook. That’s why many people chose Instagram over Facebook.
