Prompt

Create a  list of all the TEXTS in your home.  You are required to write down all WRITTEN texts including:  text books, cook books, encyclopedias, novels, poetry, magazines, newspapers, children's books, dictionaries, etc.   Please include the title and author of the text when available. 

1)The first memory i have of reading is thursday nights after school i was about 7 years old and my dad would always pressure me about reading, i hated it. He would make me stay for about 3 hours just checking books out and being with kids my age to do my homework. i hated reading so much i didn't even like picture books. Now i understand why my dad pressured me about reading so much. 

2)My significant memory about reading is 10th grade when i started reading books about love and sex. I enjoy the details and experiences, that made me change my point of view about books. it emotionally changed me. I stopped reading for a while but i'll pick things back up.
